Review the draft, make any changes, then choose whether to send it. Nothing is sent until you confirm.
You can also use Request impact report on a regulation page to request a written analysis for your business. Name each product you want assessed — the price is per product — and attach any supporting documents, such as spec sheets, labels, or ingredient lists (up to 4 MB each). Then pay for the request; it reaches the team once payment is confirmed. If you leave checkout before paying, your request is saved with a Complete payment button.
The Sijil team replies by email. If they need more information, the request shows Action needed in My Account › Impact reports, where you can reply and attach files. When your reports are ready, you can download them there.
