Go to My Account › Data & deletion. You can:
- Select Export to download a JSON file containing your profile, conversations, bookmarks, orders, and inquiries.
- Select Delete account to permanently remove your account. You will be asked to confirm with your password.
Deleting an account removes its conversations, bookmarks, and inquiries. It cannot be undone, and purchased documents will no longer be available. Export your data first if you want a copy.
