- If you forgot your password, select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and follow the reset email.
- If you have not verified your email, open the verification email you received when registering. If the link has expired, register again to receive a new one.
- If you are signed in but see a holding page, your account is waiting for approval. See Understand why your account is pending approval.
- If an email has not arrived, check your spam folder and make sure you are using the email address you registered with.
Passwords must contain at least 12 characters.
